In search of a light, refreshing cocktail to sip on sunny days? Try Cherry Street Tavern's Cucumber Cooler to help you beat the Tennessee heat. The cocktail is made with Hendrick's Gin, which is infused with cucumber and rose petals, making it an ideal ingredient for cucumber-based cocktails. Green chartreuse adds a fun twist to the drink, lending an herbal and slightly sweet profile, says bar manager Lauren Masters.

Lucky for you, the recently opened bar and restaurant has a perfect patio on which to sip said Cucumber Cooler, because after what we've all been through over the past year, we all deserve a much-needed change of scenery.

What you need:

* 1 1/2 ounces Hendrick's Gin

* 1/4 ounce green chartreuse

* 1/3 ounce fresh lime juice

* 1/2 ounce simple syrup

* Mint leaf, for garnish

2. Pour contents of shaker into rocks glass.

3. Top with soda water.
