Thompson Buckhead, opened January 2022

Featuring guest rooms with mid-century modern design and skyline views, the new Thompson Buckhead is conveniently located near luxury shopping and dining. Rooms feature thoughtful touches like motion-sensor lights under the beds and in the bathrooms, and amenities include a rooftop pool with private cabanas, a lobby bar and Italian-American restaurant.
1 Hotel Nashville, opening July 2022

Billed as "Nashville's first mission-driven, sustainable luxury hotel," the 1 Hotel Nashville will feature nature-inspired design, including native plants, reclaimed materials and organic cotton sheets. The hotel offers a farm-to-table restaurant and lobby "farmstand," an Audi E-tron house car, wellness spa and rooftop bar. The 1 Hotel's 215 rooms are also pet-friendly and centrally located in downtown Nashville.
Grand Bohemian Greenville, opening fall 2022
Greenville, South Carolina
Drive time: 3 hours, 30 minutes
Set downtown, on the Reedy River next to Falls Park and the Liberty Bridge, the Grand Bohemian features the design of a grand mountain lodge with a cedar-shingle and stone exterior. The hotel also includes a spa, art gallery and hiking trails throughout the grounds.
Hotel Tupelo, opening early 2022
Tupelo, Mississippi

The city's first boutique hotel, Hotel Tupelo is a pet-friendly stay near top Tupelo attractions such as Elvis Presley's birthplace. Grab a meal and signature mojito at the hotel's restaurant, or check out the many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel also offers complimentary bike rentals and an on-site market with snacks and travel essentials.
Camp Creek Inn, opening summer 2022
Seagrove Beach, Florida

This three-story boutique inn in Seagrove Beach will be managed by St. Joe Hospitality, which also operates sister properties WaterColor Inn, Watersound Club and the Pearl Hotel - all of which have reimagined rooms and new amenities set to debut this year. Camp Creek Inn is located next to Watersound Club's Camp Creek golf course and will feature two dining venues, as well as access to all Watersound Club amenities including a beach club, multiple swimming pools (including a new family pool with a water slide), a lazy river, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, two golf courses and a golf performance center.
