In advance of Veterans Day, Home Depot employees from around the region descended on Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1289 - the oldest in the state - to spruce up the Lee Highway facility.

The project was part of Home Depot's eighth annual Celebration of Service campaign to improve the homes and lives of U.S. military veterans and their families. Since 2011, The Home Depot Foundation has transformed more than 40,000 homes and facilities for veterans across the country.
