LaPalma Dobler is named national director of resident care for Century Park Associates, which manages more than 40 senior living communities in 20 states. Dobler, who has her doctorate in nursing and has been a registered nurse for more than 42 years, oversees the policies, procedures and care service practices for Century Park.
Paula Stewart, MD, of Siskin Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physiatrist is named director of acute inpatient rehabilitation for Parkridge Health System. Dr. Stewart is board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) and has earned subspecialty board certification in spinal cord injury medicine. Stewart has extensive expertise in general physical rehabilitation, neurologic rehabilitation and comprehensive rehabilitation care of patients with cancer and lymphedema.
Jeff Cunningham joins the Miller & Martin law firm, bringing additional depth to the firm's general counsel services and emerging business practice groups within its corporate department. With approximately 20 years of experience in representing entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes, Cunningham will also serve as a vice-chair of Miller & Martin's corporate department. Courtney Vincent Johnston is promoted to mortgage loan originator for United Community Bank. Johnston began her career in 2011 as a mortgage loan processor while finishing a bachelor's degree from Tennessee Wesleyan University. In 2016, she transitioned to mortgage loan partner at United Community Bank until this recent promotion. Johnston is a native of Cleveland, Tenn., and a member of the Cleveland Athens Cotillion.
Jim Coleman Jr. joins Alliant Management Services as president and chief executive officer. Coleman brings almost 30 years of healthcare management and executive experience to Alliant, including hospital operations, strategic market and partnership development, physician relations and recruiting to the CEO role. Previously, Coleman was senior vice president of Southeast Hospital Operations at Community Hospital Corp., where he specialized in managing operations and projects for more than 20 rural hospitals across six states, including turnaround and partnership strategies for numerous at risk and critical access hospitals.
Bruce Seigel is named community mortgage advisor at Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise. Seigel has 25 years of experience, most recently as a senior mortgage advisor at Finance of America Mortgage in California. He comes to CNE with a diverse residential lending background including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Construction and Commercial/Investment property financing. He is joining the CNE lending team to expand its mortgage product portfolio.
Dr. Shelley Prevost is named as the head of the Chattanooga region for Crouch & Associates. Prevost began her career as a clinical counselor after earning an Ed.D from Argosy University and undergraduate degrees from Wheaton and Georgetown College. She was co-Founder and CEO of Torch, a mobile technology group, and the JumpFund, whose mission is to invest women's capital in female-led companies. At Crouch & Associates, Prevost is focusing on strengthening the total performance of nonprofit organizations – from fundraising competency to leadership.
Angela Garcia is the new director of marketing and business development for La Paz Chattanooga. Garcia comes to La Paz from her position as key account manager of the Latino market for the Tennessee Valley division for Coca-Cola Bottling United. Previously, Garcia served as the vice chair at La Paz and has been involved with La Paz since its inception in 2004.
Stephanie Cooper-Wilkes is appointed the new practice manager in the Center for Developmental Pediatrics for Siskin Children's Institute. With 12 years of experience in medical practice management, Cooper-Wilkes brings extensive knowledge of administering a clinic to her new responsibilities. During her five years' of previous employment at Siskin Children's Institute, she served as the clinic's billing manager.

With a diverse background in banking, marketing, publishing and post-secondary education, Baker most recently served as founder and principal of Tinker, Dicker and Doc, an all-natural candle and men's grooming products company based in St. Louis, Missouri.
