Robert Backer is principal broker of Coldwell Banker Pryor Realty, Inc. He replaces Peggy Pryor, who is retiring as principal broker. Backer is native to the Chattanooga area and has been with Coldwell Banker Pryor Realty since he began his career in real estate in 1997.

Michael Sutton is now market chief financial officer for CHI Memorial Hospital. Before joining CHI Memorial in 2001 as manager of cost and reimbursement, he served as a senior auditor for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.

Natalie Roy Martin, formerly a PR and marketing director at Collier Construction and production team leader at Crash Creative, joins Heed PR to oversee daily operations and project management. Martin co-founded Heed PR in Chattanooga this spring along with her husband, David.

Bridgett Dallas is named life enrichment director at Legacy Village of Cleveland, Tennessee. Dallas began her 28-year career in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant with the American Red Cross and also served as a billing coordinator at Life Care Home Health/Affinity Hospice of Life in Cleveland.

John Shipp, CPA, is promoted to partner and chief operating officer for Market Street Partners. Shipp is a UTC graduate and former Marine, who has over 12 years of accounting, financial analysis, and auditing experience. He previously served as a senior manager at Market Street Partners.

Marcus Ellsworth is the artistic managing director for Barking Legs Theater. He previously worked as a writer for MTV News Politics. The New Orleans native has two self-published books of poetry. He is the host and organizer of The Floor is Yours at Barking Legs Theater.

Patricia Kassebaum returns to the Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer as its director of clinical services and research. Kassebaum previously served as the foundation's clinic director from 2009-2013. She has worked at Erlanger Health Systems Physicians Services the last five years.

Katie Landers joins Insurance Planning & Service Company, LLC (IPSCO) as employee benefit specialist. Her career started in 2007 as an Aflac Associate earning the prestigious President's Club and Million Dollar Club awards. She later worked for Aflac Corporate's Broker Solutions Team as Broker Sales Consultant.

Adam Wilson is the new director of the Department of Parks and Recreation for the city of East Ridge. He previously worked for 14 years with the Catoosa County's Department of Parks and Recreation.

Emily Dockery is promoted to a new role as director of brand voice for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. She previously served as the company's first manager of brand voice, where she led teams charged with revamping required communications regarding benefits and claims, as well as developing new content for all lines of business.
