Jonathon Woolsey is now development manager for Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. Woolsey joins Vision from EMJ Construction, where his contributions were made in several capacities, including project engineer and project manager, during his six-year tenure. His background includes a strong portfolio of commercial property new-builds and re-developments across the southeast, such as Bass Pro Shops, Unum Group, Wacker Polysilicon, several LiDL grocery stores, and Market City Center, downtown Chattanooga's new mixed-use development.

Beth Norton is the new vice president of academic affairs for Chattanooga State. She brings years of experience from the Kentucky Community and Technical College System as well as from within the College System of Tennessee to help the college move forward with meeting student success and completion goals. 

Tricia Adams promotes to director of operations & client services, for Jay Robinson, founder and CEO of The Robinson Team of Keller Williams Realty. In the new role, Adams is responsible for managing company operations, developing new sources of business, recruiting, and managing the team of buyer's specialists. Adams, a Philadelphia native, joined the Robinson Team in 2017 as a buyer's specialist. In 2018 she was promoted to pending transaction coordinator prior to accepting her new position.

Gary Reese joins Pinnacle Financial Partners as senior vice president. Reese brings 15 years of financial services experience to his role. Before joining Pinnacle he spent 12 years with SunTrust Bank, where he was branch manager for its Snow Hill office in Ooltewah. Previously he worked with AmSouth Bank, where he served in branch manager roles for the bank's Collegedale office in Ooltewah and Brainerd South office in Chattanooga. Reese earned his bachelor's degree in business administration with a marketing concentration at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Allison Kidd Cross joins The Trust Company of Tennessee as a relationship manager in the firm's Chattanooga office. Cross graduated from the University of Georgia and earned a master's degree in education from Georgia Southwestern State University. She has more than two decades of financial service experience at TSYS, BBVA, Regions and Atlantic Capital and is pursuing Certified Financial Planner designation. Cross is a member of the Chattanooga Women's Leadership Institute. She is a graduate of Leadership Barbour and previously served as a United Way pledge advocate.

Chris Hennen is appointed as corporate counsel in the law department for McKee Foods. Hennen has practiced law with the Chattanooga law firm of Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel P.C., since 2010, working in the firm's business section on a wide range of corporate legal matters. During his tenure with Chambliss, Hennen worked closely with many departments at McKee Foods. He will continue to work with those various departments while assuming additional responsibilities as part of the Law Department team. Hennen graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree from Boston College and then received his law degree from Emory University School of Law.

Laurette DeLoach is the new executive assistant to the president of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Chattanooga. DeLoach joined the team earlier this spring and has a special connection to Ronald McDonald House. When her son was younger, their family was able to use the House. After joining full-time she has already helped with several development projects, events and database support for the House.

Rodney Van Valkenburg is now interim president of ArtsBuild, succeeding the retiring Dan Bowers, who served as president for the past 11 years. Van Valkenburg joined ArtsBuild in 2001 after serving for more than 18 years with the Chattanooga Theatre Centre as director of programs and director of education. In his role at ArtsBuild as director of grants and initiatives, Van Valkenburg has overseen all of ArtsBuild's arts education and grant-making programs and has played a key leadership role in ArtsBuild's mission to build a stronger community through the arts.

Deborah Moyers is now chief operations officer for the SBA division of the Arkansas-based Stone Bank. Moyers began her career more than 15 years ago as a commercial loan officer, credit analyst and special assets officer for Community Trust & Banking Company. She most recently served as executive vice president and chief operating officer for Capital Growth Solutions, a Chattanooga-based Lender Service Provider. She has also served as vice president of loan administration and loan operations at CapitalMark Bank & Trust.

Crystal Privett is now director of service operations for member benefits administration of BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. Privett leads teams providing customer service and claims support for the company's commercial and marketplace members. In her new role, she oversees a variety of functions including employee training and development, performance optimization, benefits coordination, customer service and support operations.
