The structure at 724 N. Market St. has long been home to Northside Upholstery, a 61-year-old family business, and the owners decided to put the building up for sale, according to commercial real estate broker Jim R. Thompson of Fletcher Bright Realty.

With a $1.5 million sale price, the property is composed of a red brick building and two adjacent tracts for a total of a 0.83-acre parcel.
