History: Dynamic Displays & Graphics, founded in 1993 and purchased by Brian and Libby Santin in 2009, is a "go-to" source for area businesses for tradeshow displays. In addition to producing new displays, Dynamic Displays & Graphics offers promotional products and full-service exhibit management, including display storage, maintenance, show logistics management, and onsite installation and dismantling service. Most displays include graphics, and artwork is provided either by the client, an ad agency, or produced through Dynamic Displays & Graphics. The business has a showroom in North Chattanooga where customers can see examples of displays and promotional products in action. While the pandemic has put a temporary stop to most gatherings, the business has focused on other products and invested in strategies to meet the needs of the the new normal when tradeshows resume.
Business changes: Tradeshow displays have evolved since the Santins have owned the business. Dye-sublimated fabrics used for printed graphics have replaced heavier, hard materials. Collapsible frames make setup much easier, and are less expensive to ship. The internet has brought new competition, but doesn't offer the customization and customer service that Dynamic Displays & Graphics can through its local office.
