Teresa Dinger promotes to vice president of patient access and marketing for Siskin Hospital. Dinger's new responsibilities include oversight of case management and outpatient access in addition to her current responsibilities of marketing, philanthropy, and Inpatient and Subacute access and business development. Dinger brings more than 30 years of marketing experience to her expanded role, 27 of which have been at Siskin Hospital. Most recently, she served as administrative director of marketing and referral relations, in which she oversaw the hospital's overall admissions function, marketing and advertising, fundraising, and special events.
Julie Davis joins Round Table Advisors LLC, as part of their shift to the independent advisory platform of Raymond James Financial Services. Davis has been a member of the Round Table Advisors team in some capacity for more than 30 years, working her way from a part-time data entry position to partner. Having experience at all levels of the financial services universe has given Davis a deep understanding of the many aspects of the client/advisor relationship, according to the firm.
Teya Richardson joins First Horizon Bank as banking center manager of the Ringgold, Georgia, location. Richardson manages all aspects of the customer experience, as well as operations of the center. She also oversees employee development, audit compliance, and works to grow and retain client relationships. Richardson is currently enrolled at Middle Tennessee State University where she is pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration.
Brad Brackett joins the Chattanooga office of the engineering and consulting firm of Ragan-Smith Associates. Brackett serves as a senior landscape architect serving Chattanooga and surrounding markets and manages the firm's newly formed landscape architecture team. Brackett earned his bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia and has been a licensed Landscape Architect since 2004. His career started in North Florida working for multi-discipline firms on private and public sector projects, and he has spent the last few years in his hometown of Dalton, Georgia, working in the recreational design industry. Over his 20-plus-year career, Brackett's work has focused on master planning and detailed site design.
Doru Mihaescu, RN, MBA, CISSP, CISA, joins Morning Pointe Senior Living as vice president of information technology. He will oversee cybersecurity, technical support and software development across all Morning Pointe campuses. Mihaescu was previously employed at Southern Adventist University for more than 20 years where he was the developer of a first-of-its-kind piece of medical software that addressed the security and integrity of patients' health information. He earned a bachelor's degree from Helderberg College in Somerset West, South Africa, as well as a bachelor's degree in computer science and a master of business administration degree from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale. Additionally, Doru worked previously as a registered nurse.
Aaron Murray joins the Chattanooga Red Wolves as the director of corporate sponsorships. As a sophomore at UTC, he began his professional endeavors by starting his own marketing company that specialized in aerial videography. After graduating in 2018 from UTC with a bachelor's degree in business, he co-founded an eco-friendly snd free ride option downtown. Murray, a Chattanooga native, has previous experience selling advertising and sponsorship with international corporations, making an excellent new addition to their front office staff.
Tom Mastin joins Rock Point Bank as a commercial banker. Working in the Chattanooga market since 1998, Mastin is a native of Chattanooga. He graduated from McCallie School and has a BA from the University of Florida, an MBA from UTC and a graduate banking degree from LSU. Mastin's community involvement includes teaching Junior Achievement for many years, being a board member of Junior Achievement and the Better Business Bureau and being treasurer of the Signal Mountain Golf Club.
Rebecca McNabb joins Magnolia Trust Co. as an advisor to support the areas of complex estate planning and trust administration issues. McNabb, a recent graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law who is pursuing her master of laws degree in taxation from the University of Alabama, brings fresh perspectives and steadfast dedication to finding personalized solutions for Magnolia clients. She is a Chattanooga native and previously served as a law clerk at Elder Law of East Tennessee and Legal Aid of East Tennessee, where she drafted estate planning documents and deeds, assisted with consumer protection issues and records requests, as well as conducted case research. Her internships include Hamilton County Chancery Court, the offices of former Sens. Bob Corker and Lamar Alexander, as well as an established trust company in the region.
Alexis Crutchfield joins Miller & Martin, PLLC as associates in the Chattanooga office. Crutchfield concentrates her practice in the firm's litigation department, primarily working on business litigation and labor and employment matters. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the legal services department for a major Tennessee-based utility company and as a judicial intern at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
Aaron Barthle joins Pioneer Technology as Chief Information Officer. The Chattanooga based company is an information technology managed services provider delivering network, desktop, cloud, security, and infrastructure services to more than 530 locations in 30 US states. In this role, Barthle works with customers across all industries to align business goals with their overall technology strategy using a white-glove customer experience approach backed by the delivery of quality services. Previously he served as Vice President of IT Services for Morning Pointe Senior Living and Independent Healthcare Properties in Ooltewah.
