A Chattanooga campus once occupied by Hospice of Chattanooga for administrative office use, training and conference rooms as well as medical exam rooms, is up for sale.

The sale price for the four adjoining parcels of land holding three buildings is $4.4 million. The property includes 4409, 4411 and 4415 Oakwood Drive, according to Libby Pratt of Berkshire Hathaway HomeService.

The offering also includes a parking lot at 4413 Oakwood Drive and an additional lot at 4816 Highway 58, according to the broker. The adjoining parcels total 3.53 acres.
