Long-time industrial location for sale in Lookout Valley

An industrial site located on nearly 9 acres is for sale in Lookout Valley.

Two buildings make up 211,150 square feet at 331 and 351 Labeling Way. The site holds multiple tenants and has a sale price of $17 million, according to broker Russell P. Elliott of Pointe Commercial Real Estate.

The buildings were constructed in 1995, the broker said. The property is leased to M & M Industries Inc., which has 95,000 square feet, and Dorsett Industries, which has 100,000 square feet, he said. One 16,150-square-foot space is available.

The site is surrounded by various industrial users. It sits less than a mile from Interstate 24's Cummings Highway exit which has traffic counts of over 58,695 cars per day and is minutes from downtown Chattanooga, according to the broker.

The property has surface parking for about 75 vehicles.
