The East Main corridor is undergoing an array of redevelopment, and the surrounding area consists of a mixture of residential condos, townhouses, small locally owned businesses and commercial and industrial space.

With a sale price of $1.5 million, the structure sits in the city's Opportunity Zone and there's easy access to Interstate 24.
