Rossville, Ga., native Lauren Alaina will debut her new single, 'Road Less Traveled,' Thursday morning on NBC's 'Today Show.'

Co-written with pop star Meghan Trainor and Jesse Frasure, the song delivers an empowering and personal message of self-acceptance. The country singer revealed in May she'd struggled with bulimia.

Alaina wrote all five tracks on "Lauren Alaina EP," the follow-up to her No. 1-debuting first album, "Wildflower."

Recognized by "Rolling Stone" as a "Must-See Act," Lauren Alaina is currently touring with country icon Alan Jackson on his 25th anniversary tour, "Still Keepin' It Country." The young star is also one of Country Music Television's "Next Women of Country" and a Spotify "Spotlight on Country" featured artist.
