3 Sisters Bluegrass Festival joins growing list of Chattanooga area festivals canceled

The COVID-19 pandemic has claimed another live music event as organizers announced today that the 3 Sisters Bluegrass Music Festival scheduled for Oct. 2-3 has been canceled.

The free event was founded by the late Fletcher Bright and his son and daughters, who have continued to host it since his death in 2017. It is produced by Chattanooga Presents.

Among the notable acts who have played the festival since it was started in 2007 are Del McCoury Band, Yonder Mountain String Band, Ricky Skaggs, Rhonda Vincent, Bela Fleck, Dan Timinski and Sam Bush.
