Communion

* Second Presbyterian Church, 700 Pine St., will offer drive-by Communion 9-10:30 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 16, served by Pastor Cathy Meyers and members of the Session. Recipients of Communion will not have to leave the car, but they are asked to begin with masks on. Each participating vehicle is asked to donate a nonperishable food or back-to-school item. The church was established in 1871, and this is the first time in its history it has offered Communion in this way.

* St. Andrew's Anglican Church, 2407 Fairmount Pike in Walden, will celebrate Holy Communion by mail. All Anglicans and baptized Christians may send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to receive a blessed sacramental wafer. Address to the Rt. Rev.
