Joining a long list of other music festivals, the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival announced today that it will not take place in 2020. Originally set for June, it was rescheduled to Sept. 24-27, but that date has been scrapped, as well.

In a release posted on the bonnaroo.com website and emailed to fans, organizers wrote,"Our annual time together on the Farm is nothing short of magical, but out of an abundance of caution and for the health and safety of all Bonnaroovians, artists, staff, partners and our community, this is a necessary reality."

The announcement also said that information on refunds for ticketholders would be available soon and that it plans to have a virtual Bonnaroo featuring some "favorite moments from past and present, along with some special surprises" during the Sept. 24-27 weekend.
