CBL & Associates Properties Inc. has announced it will hold a news conference Tuesday to announce plans for a multimillion-dollar investment at Hamilton Place in East Brainerd.
The owner of the East Brainerd development said it also plans to announce some "popular major market stores" that will open this year.
