A house burns on Players Court in the Eagle Bluff
subdivision of Hamilton County on Saturday. Fire companies from three
departments - Dallas Bay, East Ridge and Tri-Community, backed up the
Highway 58 Volunteer Fire Department in battling the blaze. The owners of
the house weren't home and the cause of the fire is under investigation. The
dwelling was a total loss, according to Hamilton County Emergency Services.

The house at Players Court was engulfed in flame when the first firefighters from Highway 58 Volunteer Fire Department arrived around 1:20 p.m., according to Amy Maxwell with Hamilton County Emergency Services.
Fire companies from three departments - Dallas Bay, East Ridge and Tri-Community, backed up the Highway 58 department in battling the blaze, but the house could not be saved, Maxwell said.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
