Cleveland investigators, SWAT team bust methamphetamine lab, arrest man

CLEVELAND, Tenn. - The Cleveland Police Department's Special Investigations Unit and its SWAT team executed a search warrant at a trailer Wednesday morning and found an active methamphetamine laboratory, according to a news release.

During a search of the trailer at 1427 Lee St. SE, detectives located syringes, scales and 5 grams of methamphetamine, police said. They also found a .380 Kel-Tec semi-automatic handgun.

William Wayne Martin was arrested and charged with manufacturing meth, among other counts, the release states. He is a convicted felon with an Aryan nation gang affiliation, according to police.
