Samual Franklin HoodCrime Stoppers is seeking to locate Samual Franklin Hood on numerous Hamilton County warrants, according to a news release.
Hood is wanted in General Sessions Court on charges of driving on a revoked license, leaving the scene of an accident with damage, public intoxication and disorderly conduct, all stemming from an incident on June 13.
He also is wanted in Criminal Court on charges of public intoxication and vehicular assault, the release stated.
Hood, 48, is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. His last known address is 639 Porter Drive, Harrison.
