Johnathon Joseph Black, 19, who appeared to be suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his leg was placed into an ambulance about 7:30 p.m. Neighbors said they heard about seven shots ring out about 7:15 p.m.
Police are currently investigating the scene, which is just blocks from New East Side Market where Wonsik No, 51, was shot and killed on Labor Day.
