His bond is set at $675,000.

On Friday, Gregory Watkins, 29, was gunned down while sitting at a Toyota Corolla at the gas pumps at Delta Express, 3410 Brainerd Road. The gunman fired through the car window unloading on Watkins. A Medical Examiner's report shows that Watkins was shot as many as 12 times on mostly on his left side.

A woman who was with Watkins, Lashonda Gonzalez, was also wounded and treated.

A confidential informant identified the suspect with long dreds as a man known on the street as "Black Magic," according to the affidavit.

When Gonzalez was presented with a photo pack, she identified Hill as the gunman.

Hill, who has a prior drug conviction, has a court date set for June 12 before Hamilton County General Sessions Court Judge Christine Mahn Sell.
