Dominique Greer faces a possible life sentence if convicted of first-degree murder in the shooting death of Darrian Moore on July 21, 2010 in the driveway of Moore's parents' Shady Hollow Lane home in Harrison.
In a previous court hearing, Dwight Turner, Jr., a friend of Greer's has testified that he told Greer and Franklin Wood Jr. what Moore's FedEx work schedule was and that the trio knew Moore had money in the bank.
Turner has testified that Greer wanted to rob Moore to get money for a friend to record a mixtape. Moore told Turner after the shooting that Moore resisted and he fired, killing Moore.
