Overton County, TN jury indicts couple on murder charges

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. - Special agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation have obtained indictments for a Celina, Tenn., couple accused of murdering a woman previously reported as missing.

At the request of former 13th District Attorney General Randy York, TBI special agents began investigating the death of Fonzie Loretta Bowmer on Aug. 6.
