POLK COUNTY, Tenn. - One person is dead after a head-on collision in Polk County.
It happened around 3 p.m. on Highway 64 near the "put -in" which is where the rockslide is located.
A passenger van heading east crossed into the westbound lane hitting a tractor trailer.
