Steve CrumpCLEVELAND, Tenn. - Special Judge John Kerry Blackwood today ruled that Richard Fisher cannot prosecute Michael Younger in the Valentine's Day triple killing that took place in 1999 in Cleveland.
Kerry appointed 10th District Attorney General-elect Steve Crump to prosecute the case.
