Rosemarie Hill, who leads the labor and employment section at the Chattanooga law firm of Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, is among four attorneys appointed by Gov. Bill Haslam to make up a special Tennessee Supreme Court to hear a case from which four Supreme Court justices have recused themselves.

The panel will decide the case of Hooker et al v. Lt. Governor Ramsey et al, according to a news release.

Supreme Court Justice Janice M. Holder did not recuse herself from the bench in the case.

The special court appointees, who include attorneys from Memphis, Knoxville and Nashville, represent the three grand divisions of Tennessee.
