3 charged in Hamilton County fracas

Three people were charged Saturday morning after an altercation at a home on Short Tail Springs Road, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies arrived at the home shortly before 11 a.m. and were told by occupant Connie Harrold that Betty Jo Hullander had entered her home and demanded money owed to her.

The two woman started to fight and Hullander had a knife, the sheriff's office news release stated. Both women sustained minor injuries.

A third party, Bryan Oliver, came to the home to assist Hullander but couldn't get in the house.

At some point, Hullander left the house and used a baseball bat to knock the glass from several vehicles.

Hullander was charged with especially aggravated burglary, aggravated assault and vandalism.

Oliver was charged with possession of a handgun during a felony, aggravated assault and aggravated burglary.

Harrold was wanted on an outstanding warrant and was charged as well, the release stated.
