
A man forced his way into a Chattanooga house early this morning and shot a man inside, police said Friday.
The suspect also assaulted a woman during the home invasion, which happened at 4:43 a.m. at 2708 North Chamberlain Avenue.
The suspect has not been identified by police. Both victims were taken to the hospital for non-lifethreatening injuries. The man suffered several gunshot wounds.
Police have not yet released any motive for the attack.
