Deadly shooting tileA quarrel between two DeKalb County, Ala., men ended with one dead.
Sheriff Jimmy Harris said deputies were called to a home on County Road 603 about 10 p.m. CDT Tuesday.
Harris said the coroner pronounced Kenneth Shane Scott, 40, dead at the scene, and that District Attorney Mike O'Dell ordered an autopsy.
Harris did not release the name of the man who fired the shot but said he had been interviewed and the investigation is continuing.
