Chattanooga police are looking for a man who allegedly showed a 10-year-old girl a porn video.

Officers responded to the 2800 block of South Hawthorne Street around 8:40 p.m. on Sunday, April 12.

The girl told officers she was playing at her friend's house when an unknown man in a blue car called called her to his vehicle. The suspect reportedly asked, "Have you ever seen a movie like this?" At that time, he allegedly displayed his phone playing a video of nude adults having sex, according to a news release from the Chattanooga Police Department.

The victim ran away from the car and the suspect left, police said.

The suspect was described as a white male, slightly unshaven with brown/reddish hair, approximately 32 years old. The suspect's vehicle is described as a shiny new and dark blue smaller car with four doors.

Officers will be in the area searching for suspicious activity, the release said.
