The traffic pattern in part of the St. Elmo neighborhood is changing.

All intersections with Virginia Avenue from West 41st Street through West 54th Street will be converted to 4-way stop intersections beginning Monday morning, August 17, according to a news release from the Chattanooga Department of Transportation.

Installation of the new stop signs should be completed by the end of the day, the release stated.
