Man arrested, charged with attempted murder in November shooting

Detectives from the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office arrested a man Tuesday on charges of attempted first degree murder for his role in a Nov. 16 shooting.

Raymond Arthur Lyle III, 20, is accused of shooting 19-year-old Justin Allen at 6612 Waconda Point in Harrison, according to a release from the sheriff's office.

The shooting was originally reported as accidental and the arrest came after a three-week investigation.

Allen has been released from the hospital, and Lyle is being held at the Hamilton County Jail with a $225,000 bond.
