Anthony Yoder A 37-year-old Hamilton County man was arrested today on multiple charges of rape.
Anthony Yoder was booked into the Hamilton County Jail today. He is charged with rape of a child, aggravated sexual battery, sexual battery, rape and aggravated statutory rape.
The charges stem from an incident in Nov. 2014, a Hamilton County Criminal Court clerk said, but she could not provide any other information on the case. She said the indictment on the charges was not immediately available.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 8, 2016 in front of Criminal Court Judge Barry Steelman.
