TN House Ethics Committe hasn't met in at least 5 years

Leaders in the Tennessee House of Representatives have repeatedly said no ethics complaint has been filed against embattled Majority Whip Jeremy Durham, R-Franklin.

If one had been filed, it would be something of an anomaly: the House Ethics Committee hasn't received a complaint since the 106th General Assembly, which convened in 2009 and 2010, said committee attorney Doug Himes.

Since it hasn't received a complaint in at least five years, and its meetings are entirely driven by those complaints, the committee hasn't formally met since then, either.
