There's a chance Chattanooga could see some snow this week.

According to the National Weather Service, there is a 30 percent chance of rain and precipitation late Wednesday night into Thursday morning. While there is a likelihood of seeing precipitation, meteorologist Lyle Wilson of the weather service said the impact of the system doesn't appear to be significant.

"There's not much moisture with this system, so it doesn't look like there will be much accumulation at this point," Wilson said.
