Lanes of eastbound Interstate 24 between Germantown and Moore roads will be closed at night for several days starting today for maintenance, which could result in traffic slowdowns.
Jennifer Flynn, spokeswoman for the Tennessee Department of Transportation, said crews will be working to stabilize concrete slabs in the highway. The work is expected to last through Thursday, weather permitting.
At least one lane will be open for traffic and TDOT workers will be helping with traffic control.
