Body pulled from Lake Lanier identified as missing Georgia man

GAINESVILLE, Ga. -- Authorities have identified a body that was pulled from Lake Lanier as a Buford man who was reported missing weeks ago.

Hall County Sheriff's spokeswoman Nicole Bailes say the body of 25-year-old Kelly Nash of Buford was pulled from the lake Sunday morning.

Nash was reported missing in early January and his family had offered a reward for information on his whereabouts.

The circumstances surrounding Nash's death are unclear.
