A student at Central High School said she opened her Sprint cell phone on Saturday evening to see a text from an unknown number.

The message contained a graphic video of a man masturbating, with the text reading: "Enjoy."

The student, who is a minor, reported the text message to the School Resource Officer on Monday, who notified authorities, according to the affidavit of complaint.

Officers arrived at Central that day, and talked with the student and her mother, who both verified that the student received the text message and did not know the male party involved, according to the affidavit.

Investigators were given the minor's phone, and proceeded to call the number who sent the message.

Mohanmed Javid Pirzada, 24, of 3203 Riverside Drive, answered the phone and agreed to meet investigators at the Police Service Center for questioning, according to the affidavit.

Pirzada told investigators he intended to send the video to his girlfriend, but a stranger used his phone to save the video and send it to several unknown parties.

"[Investigators] had no way to prove that Mr. Pirzada did not intentionally send the video message," the affidavit says.

Pirzada, charged with sexual exploitation of a minor by electronic means, was booked in the Hamilton County Jail on Jan. 13, and made bond of $5,000 on the same day, officials at the Jail confirmed.
