A man stopped at a traffic light Friday afternoon was shot at by an unknown assailant.
Michael Jones, 20, had just exited DuPont Parkway and was heading north on Amnicola Highway when he stopped at a light. A dark grey sedan was behind him, and as the light went green, the sedan swerved in front of him. Jones attempted to pass the sedan, and as he did so, the driver-side window of the sedan lowered and fired multiple shots at Jones' car. Jones wasn't hit, but police found multiple bullet holes in the side of Jones' car.
Jones said he didn't know the suspect, described as a bi-racial male with a goatee.
