A small town in the Chattanooga region has made a list of the '10 Most Redneck Cities' in Tennessee.
Franklin County seat Winchester ranks third on the list compiled by RoadSnacks.net.
The site says it looked for scientific data on a number of redneck stereotypes to create the rankings. The study weighed the number of high school graduates, dive bars, dentists, tobacco and gun stores, and Wal-Marts.
With a population of 8,475, Winchester almost has more fishing and tackle shops per capita than anywhere else in the state, the site said.
Winchester was beat by Rockwood (#2) and Bolivar (#1).
A few other Chattanooga-area towns made the full list. Manchester ranked 13th. Dayton ranked 17th. Chattanooga tied for 50th.
If you don't mind the risk of being offended, you can see how your town placed here.
