Johnny Allen Richards and Erin Brooke LawsonROGERSVILLE - A Hawkins County woman who hit her boyfriend over the head with a board last month after police responded to their home on a noise complaint that turned out to be "loud sex" was sentenced to 60 days Monday for domestic assault.
The couple remain charged with aggravated assault, however, for allegedly beating and stabbing the neighbor who called police to report loud noise which police later determined was the couple having sex.
Johnny Allen Richards, 33, and Erin Brooke Lawson, 32, both appeared in Hawkins County Sessions Court Monday.
