James M. Green of SpencerSPENCER, Tenn. - A Middle Tennessee man has been indicted on a charge of aggravated child neglect following the death of his 7-month-old daughter.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says 20-year-old James M. Green of Spencer was arrested Tuesday and was to be held on $50,000 bond in the Van Buren County jail.
The TBI says the child, who died Jan. 25, was found not breathing after sleeping in bed with her father. An autopsy determined Brooklyn Green died of asphyxiation.
