Tuohy came to international fame after Michael Lewis wrote 2006's "The Blind Side: Evolution of a Game," which told the story of Tuohy and her husband, Sean, adopting Michael Oher, a black teen who went on to be an All-American football player at Ole Miss and first-round draft choice of the NFL's Baltimore Ravens. In the film "The Blind Side," Tuohy was portrayed by Sandra Bullock, who won a Best Actress Oscar for her performance.
Coffey was introduced to Americans in 2008 when Bravo launched "Shear Genius," a reality show in which she would help turn around failing hair salons. In 2011, the show was renamed "Tabatha Takes Over," and in its fifth season, which aired in 2013, she came to Tennessee to tackle salons in Nashville, Murfreesboro, Clarksville and Hendersonville.
"The She Expo is all about empowering women in all aspects of their lives I'm looking forward to meeting new fans and sharing some of my personal experiences," Coffey said.
A limited number of VIP tickets will be available to She to give attendees the chance to meet Tuohy and Coffey and have photos made with them. VIP tickets are $100 for each day.
