O'Shae Kadaris Smith, 20, has an extensive list of criminal charges dating back to December of 2012 -- the month he turned 18.

Smith now is being held at the Hamilton County Jail on charges of attempted murder, reckless endangerment and aggravated assault in connection with Thursday's shooting at the College Hill Courts.

An official with the Chattanooga Police Department said this shooting may be a part of an ongoing gang feud that is believed to have been the cause of three shootings last weekend. The department is looking into the incident and whether it was gang-related.

Smith allegedly shot Kendre Allen, 20, at 2500 Sixth Avenue Court around 1:40 p.m. on Thursday. Allen was shot once and his injuries were not life-threatening, police said in a news release.

Smith was shot himself on March 15 at 2100 Rawlings St. He is scheduled to appear in Hamilton County General Sessions Court on March 30 before Judge David Bales.

Thursday's shooting was one of two that happened 15 minutes apart:
