An investigation has begun into an apparent dog bite incident on Carter Road, Southeast, according to Bradley County Sheriff Eric Watson.
Initial reports indicate a woman, walking on Carter Road, was allegedly attacked by three dogs, identified as pit bulls.
The woman was receiving treatment for her injuries at SkyRidge Medical Center this evening.
