Today's forecast

Good Tuesday. You can expect patchy areas of dense morning fog as you head out the door. Even as the fog burns off, we will continue to have mostly cloudy skies with a slight chance for an isolated sprinkle or two. Temperatures this afternoon will be in the low to mid 70s. The average high this time of year is the low to mid 60s.

Wednesday will be warm and dry with partly cloudy skies and a high of 74. Clouds will increase a bit Thursday, but we will stay in the low to mid 70s. We will have a slight chance for a sprinkle or two through the day, Thursday.

Friday will be just as warm, but a cold front will begin to move through in the afternoon bringing some showers and a few thunderstorms as well. We could see some showers lingering into Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon, however, we will clear out and cool down with highs falling to where they should be, in the low 60s.

Sunday will be a great fall day. We will start with a low of 50, then climb to 61 in the afternoon with plenty of sunshine.

We will be cool and dry starting off next week as well.
