Stephens, Miss Upper Cumberland USA, accepted her new crown Saturday night at Austin Peay State University's Mabry Concert Hall in Clarksville, Tennessee.
Also Saturday, Savannah Chrisley of Nashville was crowned Miss Tennessee Teen USA.
Stephens and Chrisley will represent Tennessee at the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA Pageants in the summer and fall, respectively, of next year.
