A 63-year-old woman was flown to Erlanger hospital on Saturday after she fell from her ATV and was run over by the vehicle.
Amy Maxwell, spokeswoman for Hamilton County Emergency Services, said two people were trail riding on separate vehicles Saturday evening. The person on the trailing vehicle said the terrain became very steep and the woman fell off, then the ATV rolled over her.
The Dallas Bay Volunteer Fire Department was called to 801 Barker Road at 6 p.m. and called for Erlanger's air ambulance to rush the woman to the hospital.
Her name and condition were unknown Saturday night.
