Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity is the first Greek organization to move into a house on the new Greek Row off Central Avenue between 10th and 11th streets. The Pike house's exterior is made of stacked stone and Hardie board. The wrap-around porch is 20 feet wide by 50 feet long. The chapter's Greek letters are mounted above this side entrance.

A UTC fraternity is being sued for a million dollars by an Alabama woman who claims she was sexually assaulted at the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity house in April of this year.
